Product Portfolio
I like ambiguous problems and steep learning curves. New industries, new stakeholders, unfamiliar territory. What I don't like is doing my piece and stopping. When there's a problem I want to be inside it, understand every side of it, and stay with it until something actually changes.
The Opposite of Clocking Out
I came to product from engineering and post MBA, and the pull was the same thing that got me into consulting classrooms and out of them again: I wanted to work across a problem rather than on one slice of it. Aligning people who see the same situation differently. Sitting with a messy question long enough to find the real one underneath.
Product isn't a pivot for me while I figure out the next thing. It's where the way I like to work and the kind of impact I want to have line up. The case studies here show that, how I framed each problem, what I chose not to do, and what I'd do differently.
